What you do with it

  • 01

    Earlier go or no-go

Decide which tenders to pursue months before they publish, based on the budget line, clearance or approval behind them.

  • 02

    The project's history

Sanction, study, clearance, approval, amendment. Every version sits under the same ministry, in order, so nothing is read out of context.

  • 03

    Qualify early

Know the likely scope and value early enough to line up certificates, experience and joint-venture partners. Consortium terms are easier to agree before the deadline.

  • 04

    One workspace per pursuit

Save the ministry, its documents and its contacts into a workbook. Add research columns in plain language and let them fill.
